Terms of Service

By accessing or using CueKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CueKit provides browser-based teleprompter tools for script preparation, timed reading, mirror mode, camera recording, preview, local .webm download, and selected AI script features.

Some features may be free, paid, experimental, or dependent on browser support. Voice, camera, microphone, recording, and remote-control features can vary by browser and device.

You are responsible for your scripts, recordings, prompts, account activity, and compliance with laws that apply to your content.

You may not use CueKit to create, upload, or process unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content.

CueKit and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by CueKit or its licensors.

You keep the rights you have in your own scripts, prompts, and recordings. You grant CueKit the limited rights needed to provide the service and process selected AI requests.

Paid plans, subscriptions, checkout, taxes, invoices, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Creem or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscription access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or account flow states otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed according to the payment provider flow, applicable law, and the facts of the purchase.

CueKit keeps payment and refund information in these Terms rather than a separate refund policy page, so purchase questions should be checked here before contacting support.

CueKit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, that every browser will support every recording feature, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost recordings.

You may stop using CueKit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or fail to pay for a paid plan.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
